Please note that many of the examples were prepared before the Resource Management (Forms, Fees, and Procedure) Regulations 2003 came into force on 1 August 2003 (or before the regulations were subsequently amended as from 1 June 2006). The layout may therefore, in some cases, differ to that which is now required. Therefore, care is advised when applying the documents to your own situation.
