Once you have lodged your appeal in the Environment Court, it will be allocated to one of three management 'tracks'.
Management tracks
You will be notified in writing by the Environment Court case manager of the track which has been identified for your case. If you are unhappy with the track which has been allocated you can apply to the Court to have your case transferred to another track. The three tracks are as follows:
